Publication Ethics
To maintain manuscript quality and avoid plagiarism, the editorial board of Cabinet: Journal of Social, Politics and Government sets the following publication ethics. These guidelines apply to authors, editors, reviewers, and journal managers.
Author’s Ethics

Reporting
Authors must present their research processes and results clearly, honestly, and comprehensively to the editor. Research data should be properly maintained and stored securely. -
Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must guarantee that the submitted manuscript is their original work and not derived from others’ ideas or works. All references must be properly cited or quoted. -
Resubmission
Authors must confirm that the manuscript has never been submitted or published in another journal. If double submission is identified, the editorial board reserves the right to reject the manuscript. -
Author Status
Authors must demonstrate relevant expertise and qualifications in the subject matter. The corresponding author is responsible for the submission and communication with the editorial team. -
Manuscript Errors
If errors are found in the manuscript (e.g., incorrect names, affiliations, citations, or data), authors must promptly inform the editor and propose necessary corrections. -

Authors must avoid conflicts of interest with any party and comply with publication ethics to ensure a smooth publication process.

Journal managers must protect intellectual property rights (copyright) and manage third-party funding transparently. They are also responsible for promoting published works for public benefit. -
