Publication Ethics
To maintain the quality of manuscripts and avoid plagiarism in the publication process, the editorial board of Judge: Journal of Law and Justice sets the following publication ethics. These ethics apply to authors, editors, reviewers, and journal managers.
Author Ethics

Reporting: Authors must present their research process and results honestly, clearly, and comprehensively, and are responsible for safeguarding the data securely.

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original, written by themselves, and free from plagiarism. Referenced sources must be cited properly.

Resubmission: Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been submitted or published elsewhere. Duplicate submission may result in rejection.

Author Status: Authors must have expertise relevant to the topic and be responsible for the manuscript. The submitting author is considered the corresponding author.

Manuscript Errors: Authors must promptly notify the editor of any errors discovered in the manuscript, including author names, affiliations, citations, or content.

Editorial Ethics

Publication Decision: Editors must ensure the manuscript review process is fair, objective, and transparent before making publication decisions.

Publication Guidelines: Editors must ensure that author guidelines are available and accessible both online and in print.

Peer Review Distribution: Editors must assign manuscripts to appropriate reviewers and clearly communicate the review process.

Objectivity and Neutrality: Editors must act fairly and neutrally, without bias regarding gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, or commercial interests.

Reviewer Ethics

Objectivity and Neutrality: Reviewers must review manuscripts fairly, objectively, and professionally, regardless of the author's background.

Timely Review: Reviewers must respond promptly and complete reviews within the allotted time (maximum 2 weeks), or request extensions if needed.

Journal Management Ethics

Decision Making: Journal managers must uphold the mission and objectives of the journal and avoid any special interests in decision-making.

Copyright and Promotion: Managers must protect intellectual property rights and be transparent in financial matters. They are also responsible for promoting published content responsibly.
